UpliftGuard founding pilot
Plain-language pilot terms
These terms keep the free pilot simple. They are not a substitute for formal legal advice.
1. What is included
The pilot lasts 14 days and includes up to three contract-to-invoice checks. No payment card is required and no automatic charge is made.
2. Your documents
Contract and invoice files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to or stored by UpliftGuard. If you save a result, only the audit summary and figures are stored in your pilot account.
3. Human review is required
UpliftGuard is a commercial review aid, not legal, tax or accounting advice. You must confirm every clause, notice period, calculation and customer communication before acting on it.
4. No customer contact
UpliftGuard does not change invoices or contact your customers. Those decisions remain under your control.
5. After the pilot
The pilot simply ends unless you request the paid Founding Plan. Continuing is optional and requires a separate monthly payment agreement.
6. Feedback
As a founding pilot customer, you may be asked for practical feedback about the workflow. You can decline.
